Vishal Salunkhe

As the Vice President and Head of Commercial at Carousell Group, Vishal leads Category Management, Sales COE, Marketing COE, and Business Strategy & Operations teams, overseeing a regional P&L across five countries for Carousell’s largest categories, including fashion, electronics, and furniture. With over 18 years in general management and business operations in tech and services, Vishal has a proven track record in driving revenue growth, launching new products, and optimizing go-to-market strategies across Southeast Asia.

Vishal’s mission is to make secondhand the preferred choice for millions, promoting a sustainable, circular economy. An MBA graduate and Reforge alum, he is passionate about innovation and collaboration, partnering closely with product, data, brand, and marketplace teams to create value for Carousell’s buyers and sellers while advancing the company’s vision of inspiring everyone to start buying and selling.
