Satyaki Banerjee

Satyaki Banerjee is the Group Chief Operating Officer of LUXASIA, as well as the Managing Director for LEAP Commerce. Since joining the Group in 2016, he has driven the transformation of an established regional beauty distributor into the leading and largest beauty omnichannel distribution platform in Asia Pacific. He also played pivotal roles in growing the Group’s Asia Pacific footprint to new markets, as well as forming new partnerships with major beauty players.

He currently also oversees all LUXASIA markets in Asia. Under his leadership, the ecommerce and digital capabilities of LUXASIA developed comprehensively, leading to the launch of LEAP Commerce. Previously, he held managerial roles in SingPost and McKinsey & Company, with a focus operations, capability development, corporate finance, and M&A. Satyaki holds a MBA. from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
