As a Director at LK Bennett Zoe is responsible for driving Digital transformation across the business
and driving the repositioning of the LK Bennett brand. With more than 15 years’ experience across
the likes of Tesco, Topshop and other Arcadia brands Zoe has led multi-discipline teams with a
constant focus on commercial performance and innovation in fashion retail.

At LK Bennett over the last 3+ years Zoe has migrated the B2C e-commerce business onto SAP
Commerce Cloud followed by significant investment in customer experience improvements and the
launch of a rental subscription service LK Borrowed.
