In her current role as Chief Architect and Global Creative Director of Brand Experience, Store Design and Visual
Merchandising (SDVM) for La Prairie Group, Stana transformed the brand into one of the leaders in the luxury beauty
industry. She built and led a multidisciplinary team of 40 to execute her vision and strategy for the new brand identity,
luxury experience, and retail concept in more than 500 stores worldwide.

Previously as the VP of Corporate SDVM for The Estee Lauder Companies in EMEA, Stana built a Center of Excellence to
establish corporate brand standards across more than 25 unique individual brands. This ambitious multi-brand
platform strategy strengthened each individual brand, positioning them for profitable, sustainable growth and rapid,
cost-effective new store openings around the world.

During her 10-year tenure with LVMH Fragrance Brands, Stana was promoted twice to a role entrusted to her by the
CEO – creating and implementing a cohesive brand identity and retail model for the company’s first multi-brand
business. She successfully launched this multi-brand corporate identity while differentiating each individual brand.
