technologies so that People, Planet and Prosperity thrive, interpedently together, never one at the cost of another. Prior to joining Una Terra, Rupen served as the outside-in global CMO at Dole Sunshine Co., blueprinting a company-wide transformation with purpose and sustainability at the heart of the company’s business model.
In addition to the outside in roles at Una Terra and Dole, as a co-founder of The Shed 28 (TS/28), Rupen and the teams partner organizations towards the responsibility a purposeful business have for the prosperity of people and the planet, in addition to the shareholder.
Rupen and the team’s work have gained external recognition, with Forbes naming him one of the
worlds most influential CMOs twice, his induction into the World Federation of Advertisers Marketers Hall of fame and being recognized as a CMO to watch by Business Insider. Adweek has acknowledged him as a sustainability star, Provoke as a global 100 Influencer, and he has consistently appeared on the Asia-Pacific Power List for the Campaign magazine.
Furthermore, Rupen serves as a member of the executive board at the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), and a VP for Asia- Pacific. He is also an advisory board member for Copenhagen Cartel & Sustainable Brands. Through his career, Rupen has contributed his expertise as a member of advisory boards at the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), the Bayer Consumer Healthcare Creative Council, and Female Founders.
