Penelope Siraj

Penelope is a senior media and advertising leader bringing 19 years of experience across
client, creative and media roles. She has spent the last 15 years in agencies, most recently
PHD, delivering growth, client satisfaction, and globally awarded campaigns for local,
regional and global blue-chip MNC clients.
At R3, Penelope leads the media and digital consulting team across APAC, and have worked
with key clients such as Telkomsel, L’Oréal, Unicharm, ExxonMobil and Ministry of
Communications and Information Singapore across projects covering media, data and
martech strategy.
An effective team builder; she has nurtured media professionals who have gone on to be
recognized as the country and region’s best in media thinking and creativity. She is
especially interested in the use of data in novel ways, to effectively unlock opportunities for
business.
