February 1, 2023 10:54 pmLydia is a leader in the Data, Insight & Analytics at the John Lewis Partnership, currently focussed on Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness. She is also a Data Science instructor for Google and winner of the 2022 Women of the Future, Technology & Digital Award.
Prior to joining JLP Lydia spent time leading an Analytics team at Zoopla; developing global AI-enabled products and leading data analytics client engagements at EY. Lydia started her career as a Data Scientist at a specialty insurer after graduating from UCL with a Mathematics & Statistical Science MSci.
Throughout her career Lydia has built a number of data communities and supported initiatives to develop individuals from all backgrounds, opening up careers in technology for everyone.
