in the industry across data and product, Jen focuses on delivering solutions that drive business

centric strategies that improve engagement, loyalty and overall satisfaction. She and the team are
responsible for identifying key pain points and opportunities for improvement across the customer
journey, and designing and executing initiatives that enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
