January 23, 2024 3:58 amDom started his career as a magazine editor & journalist before switching to copywriting for Taylors of Harrogate, which in turn led to marketing, thanks to the explosion of branded social media activity over the last decade. Most recently, in his eight years as Marketing Director, Dom and his team more than doubled Yorkshire Tea’s market share, driving it to become the UK’s number one brew through creative but consistent brand communications. They also transformed the coffee category by rebooting a forgotten sector with their coffee bags. Now in a new role, focussing on business strategy, insight, product innovation and diversification for Taylors of Harrogate, Dom is looking forward to putting his imagination to use for bigger picture, long-term thinking.
